Enrolling New Students or Transferring Students
If you are enrolling a new student at Chippewa Intermediate, please go to Final Forms and complete all forms and fill out the Request for Records Release. We will also need to see you in person to get 2 proofs of residency, original birth certificate, shot records, social security card and any custody papers if necessary.
If you are leaving the Chippewa District, please fill out the attached withdrawal form and return it to CIS or e-mail the form to chip_cisattendance@tccsa.net.
