2024-2025 PRESCHOOL REGISTRATION
Preschool applications for the 2024-2025 school year will be available for pick up in the Hazel Harvey office beginning Thursday, February 1-Friday, February 9. Children must be 3 on or before August 1st, 2024. Please sign-up below for a date and time to return all completed forms. (Your preschooler does not need to be with you when returning registration packets.) Please call the office at 330-658-2522 with any questions.
