What You Do for Chippewa: I work with amazing students who possess such potential!  I educate and inspire them to think scientifically, use 21st century skills, and implement the engineering design process.

Family Info (OPTIONAL): I have been married since 2000.  My husband is a photographer and enjoys flint knapping.  We have an amazing daughter who was born in 2005.  She is in HS, loves theatre, and is an explorer with the Medina County Sherriff’s Department.   My mom is the coolest lady I know.  She showed me how to respect nature and the world around me.  We live only 4 miles from my wonderful in-laws.  We are so happy to live near them.        

 Pets (OPTIONAL): We have two tuxedo cats.  One is mature and the other is a goofball.  They share their house with us.  We seem to be their servants.

Movie: Princess Bride, Divergent, and Guardians of the Galaxy

TV Show: M*A*S*H, Merlin, and Treehouse Masters

Sport/Team: Darts, Cornhole, Billiards, and Bowling 

Music/Music Artist: Styx, Gaelic Storm, and Jack Gladstone

Books or Authors: Rick Riordan, Jean Auel, and Dr. Seuss

Hobbies: Cooking, travel, pysanky, ancestry research and playing video/board games 

Outdoor Activities: camping, travel, caring for the land

Favorite Treat: Bubble tea, homemade cookies, Reese’s, and caramels

A Place You Have Always Wanted to Go but Have Never Been: Each National Park, but especially the “Mighty 5” in Utah.  I’d also like to get to Ukraine, South Africa, and Australia
