2014-2015 Open Enrollment

The open enrollment application for the 2014-2015 school year is now available.  Please print off both pages of the application.  Please read the entire application.  Please note the deadline for applications is May 23, 2014.  

If you have questions about the application please call the Administration Office at 330-658-6368 and ask for Terri Beam.



We have already held our Kindergarten Registration.  If you have not yet registered and need a packet, please go to the Hazel Harvey office and pick one up and return it as soon as possible.  If you have questions you can call Kim at 330-658-2522.

Federal and State Annual Notices

Numerous federal (and state) laws require school districts to provide students, parents, and/or the public with notices, many of which must be provided at the beginning of the school year.

Free and Reduced Lunch Application

Chippewa Local School District offers the free/reduced national school lunch program.  Those of you that were on the program last year will remain on the program and have until October 1st to complete and send in a new application for this year.

It is that time of the year again! Time for us to gear up for the inclement weather and possible school closings and delays.  Chippewa Local Schools reports our closings and delays to the following:

The Auditor of State, Dave Yost sent out a memo to all public offices.  The memo gives information on the State's fraud hotline.  This hotline was established as a way for all Ohioans to report potential fraud throughout government.  The links to the memo and the websites are below:
