Meet The Teacher :
Hello! My name is Mrs. Archer and I am a Kindergarten teacher at Hazel Harvey Elementary school. I am a 2008 graduate of The University of Mount Union! I completed my masters in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education. This is my 10th year at Hazel Harvey Elementary school and 9th year as a Kindergarten teacher. I live in Orrville, Ohio with my husband Justin and our sons Logan, Jameson and Remington.
Curriculum Used: In the classroom I am using Heggery and Fundations to help students with phonics and basic reading skills.
Mrs. Archer's Favorite Things:
Books: I love to read and my list of favorites continues to grow. Some of my favorites are, "The Mouse and The Motorcycle" and "Tikki Tikki Tembo".
Collections: I have collected bells since I was a young girl.
Sports: I have always enjoyed volleyball and softball. I also watch some football with my husband (who is a Browns Fan)!
Hobbies: I love to spend as much time as possible with my family. You can usually find us on a nature walk most weekends. I also love to read and spend time at the beach every summer!
